You will have to wait on your ticket, or use live chat with them when it is available. With ticket times hovering around the 7 day mark right now, live chat is also experiencing high activity so they won’t always seem to be open due to no available representatives because they are assisting others at the time.
I am not sure what your situation is, but if there is anything you can do yourself without assistance, it would be covered here.

Well, this is exactly why people are always warned against doing chargebacks. For the inconvenience you put on the company, it’s now your turn.
That said, another person here was recently in the same boat. The easy way to get this resolved is to either add enough to your Blizzard Balance or add a valid and working credit/debit card to your forms of payment. Then reopen your ticket or edit it to say how you’ve provided a method for the payback and to please withdraw X amount.
The person I am speaking of seemed to have it resolved pretty fast after that.
You can also edit your ticket and request a callback if you are available during the day.
Since the pandemic and work from home they don’t really seem to be doing callbacks. My guess is that they have monitoring while at the Blizz office that is not replicated at a home office.
While someone can ask, I would not get their hopes up.
I’ve seen it mentioned by one of the SFAs in recent memory, but I have only mentioned it sparingly so that everyone doesn’t jump in on it. But I guess anyone can request it, but the majority will not receive it - especially in regards to appeals. But with the billing/account issues that require Live Chat, I’ve mentioned in a couple of times with the queue as it is.

All i want to do is pay this payment so i can play wow again. im not going to wait 2-7 days for someone to finally take my payment and get back to me. Where is the customer support? Okay? I’m not too sure what you thought was going to happen when you did a charge-back, but this is a prime example of why I very often do not recommend doing such. As for “no live support”, yes actually there is. The people who are answering tickets are actually alive! /gasp!
You’ll need to wait for your ticket to reach the front of the line just like every other person with a ticket in.
First off, what did you file a chargeback for? There are a few different scenarios, so I’d like to make sure we’re on the same page.

- You got a chargeback for something you approved and was provided. Hence you have to pay it back.
- Ticket times are crazy long right now but it is not specific to you. It is the same for everyone.
You will have to wait on the queue to fix your chargeback issue. If you won’t then you will not be playing.

Game time only grants you access to all the servers. It doesn’t guarantee access to any specific server. There are also free transfers off of many high-population servers to lower-pop servers.
