I was playing yesterday on live and can still login to classic and see all of my characters there and play on mop. But when I login to live I apparently have no characters across all realms

Same exact issue. Battle net forces me onto the starter account on my account and doesn’t give the option to change editions to my active account.

Same here. I’m also not going to take IT classes to try to figure out what the other, savvier users are saying about accessing computer files. What’s most important is that Blizzard is not addressing it whatsoever.

There have been posts made by one of the Support Forum Agents that they are aware and working on the issue.
