Been over an hour now and I’ve tried logging off and on other characters. Tried disabling all addons etc. Still just my main character I can’t log onto. Classic WoW - Herod server.

I just put Character With That Name Already Exists without my character name.
It is Exquisite but my Ticket submitted Issue ID: #70285427. Is that ok?
Do we have an eta on these manual offline kicks? Blizz?

Did you submit a ticket?
Blizzard has a team specific to helping with unplayable character issues such as these. These tickets will be prioritised and managed much more quickly than other cases.

They are working through that queue as quickly as they can. The average time for a resolution is approximately an hour. Though that fluctuates based on what they are getting in. Hopefully the more that move through the queue the quicker they can get to the others.

dang , you lucky then. I’m going on like two hours now and still no help.
Been stuck three hours now, put in a second ticket as recommended here, here’s to hoping my honor grind doesn’t get screwed any more then it already is.
This is so stupid. Come on Blizzard get it together already!
So many people being screwed, why not do a blanket reset instead of having to ask to get your toon back? took me hours just to find this thread as it is. The majority of players will have no idea the answer to the problem is here.

I second this - why not rolling restarts? It’s not like a realm restart is uncommon, people already on could log right back in and it should fix this issue for everyone all at once - right? Maybe there is some other aspect I’m not understanding but I can’t see why this hasn’t already happened.
