Payed for character transfer 8 hours ago. Shows complete for payment but unable to use character and still show on old realm with a transfer pending.

Tickets are averaging 3-4 days i beilve I would give it 24hrs all digital purchases can can either be instanaeou or take up to 24hrs. Also if u had sent gold to the toon while being transfered or just before u transfered that can cause issues.
I did send gold during the transfer. What can I do to have it fixed?
