Need help with character transfer. Pretty dang impossible to get a hold of blizzard support on a personable level anymore. Purchased character xfer to different realm yesterday. Character still locked and says 59 minutes left still and being processed. Payment has gone through. Anyone have any suggestions?
Character transfers take time, just be patient and it’ll resolve itself.
Mine took 5 minutes. There’s definitely something wrong that customer service needs to help with.
First thing to try is logging completely out and logging back in. If there’s anything needing to refresh, that would push it through. (From the support page: “This service takes up to 24 hours to complete.”)
As long as you didn’t log into that character at all, of course. The support page also says “If you log in before the transfer is complete, it may fail and your character will be locked.” (Meaning log in to that specific character, not the account in general.) If you did, you may need support to fix that.
Billing questions do sometimes have an option for a callback or online chat (from the website).
Alternatively, you could ask in the Customer Support forum, but a Blizzard answer isn’t guaranteed. You will get more players who know the ins and outs of the systems and could make other suggestions.
