Hello I have another character that is on a different account and I want to transfer it to this account but it won’t let me because I have heirlooms on or in my bag and I don’t want to spend 15 extra to be able to transfer it
You could submit a ticket and ask for a day of time to sort things out on that character.

As Thundertotem recommended, please contact our Support staff. While I’m not able to guarantee it, we usually can grant a day or so of game time so that you can remove the restrictions. ![]()
If you click through the available ticket categories I’d go with either Purchase Failure or Not Listed Here. Our Live Chat should still be available.
