Trying to move this character to a US server and I keep getting the message that “there is a problem with my order” and it fails.
There is only a small amount of gold and no mail.
Are u a owner of a house try transfering ownership.

What server is the character currently on? If on an EU license then you cannot move them between versions unfortunately.
The phrase “US Server” has me thinking this might be the case? Apologies if not.

Under purchase history does it say completed or pending. Also check ur bags bank for any caged pets clear ur ignore list to make sure u dont have any mail.

It has just worked and I didnt change anything, so Blizz must have helped. Thanks guys.
Not likely theres no GMS on the forums and blues dont process the transfer.
