Im having issues transfering a character to another realm, it has been more than 12hr in process when my friends did it in like 30mins before the weekly reset, the char is with the gear icon and i cant even log it… should i just wait or what?
It can take up to 24 hours, but if it takes longer put in a purchase failure ticket to have a GM review it.

I think I see this.
Looks like it’s flagging an error at the moment - but that may just be a processing delay.
If it goes over 24 hours, do put in a ticket so it can be looked into further. Anytime you do something around a reset, there is the possibility things can get a bit backed up and delayed.

Having the same problem been trying for 2 days now and it still fails
When are they going to fix it? It’s becoming a joke these days can’t even find where to contact someone in support seems customer service got tossed out the window but you still take my money

There isn’t necessarily anything to fix. The biggest issue holding up character services right now is that the gear update is acting like a full character boost and it slaps a player with a 72 hour cooldown that is hardcoded into the system and cannot be bypassed. If it’s because you’ve got some hidden piece of mail? There are many reasons for that, and is easy to fix with a ticket sent in - which as you see from Kyzera, we’re happy to provide if anyone has any issues.
