I made a mistake when I purchased a character transfer. I’m moving a character from another account to this one and was also intending to have it moved to a different server, but when I attempted it I got the “mailbox” message. I logged in, cleared out the mail, and rushed to retry the process; however, I forgot to also include the new server information.
I know what you guys can do is limited but is there any way I can have the character moved to the intended server, or do I have to purchase another transfer?
You will have to open a purchase failure ticket and have ti refunded.

There are no GMs here on the forums, nor are the forums a way to get around the ticketing process.

You can file a ticket, or if you’re seeing that live chat is available, they may be able to help you there.

They can refund it for you and then you can redo it with the correct information. As long as you put in the request in a timely way and don’t play the character.
It should not cost extra.
