Character transfer

I purchased the 3 character xfer to follow my raiding guild from doomhammer to proudmoore , I bought it and have the tokens, but it’s saying there’s a problem with my order

MIte just take some time the only issues thats been cropping up is if u were transfering to a RP realm so i wager its just time.
