Character Transfer Taking Too Long?

Although it hasn’t been days since, I initiated a transfer almost 10 hours ago and haven’t seen any progress. It’s stuck on ‘Processing’

Average wait time stated 3 minutes originally. Is this common?

I’d check Account Management. Processing usually just means it is waiting for financial confirmation of the charge. You may also see something on the transaction in Account Management if more information is needed from you - like confirmation, etc.

Order Status is complete. No issues thus far.

I’m seeing an error here.

If you don’t see something like a confirmation note in Account Management, reaching out to Billing wouldn’t be a bad idea.
