I want to transfer a character but all the online service options are grayed out the button does not work? What is going on? And yes i’m logged into my battle.net account.
Where are you trying to process it? All individual character services can only be processed on the character select screen, now.

I just want to xfer an alliance character and race change to a new server…when you go to SHOP and select wow…then scroll down to the services…you see Character Transfer…and that is it…not option to purchase this or anything. i’m seriously confused. So where can you actually purchase a character xfer now ? because it appears shop is just descriptions of stuff…you can’t buy them.
I already said where.
In-game, before you decide which character you want to log into the game world with.

Ekon…I guess you now do everything in game. That is to say …not logged into a character but a the launch screen. And then you, without selecting any of your toons, click “shop” and then do services from there. Whew…very confusing but thank you for holding my hand during the storm. LOL

Haha, not to worry. It didn’t used to be that way, but with the way that laws have changed over the years, that’s how Blizzard must operate now. I believe only Guild services are purchasable through the website.
