Character Transfer not working

I bought a character transfer yesterday. Every time I try to use it, it doesn’t work. I click the character, I add the details, then choose the server, and click accept. After about a few seconds the character window refreshes, then nothing happens. The transfer is still there, I get no notifications or anything. Ive cleaned out my post, bags not sure what else to do.

Character name: iwantpancake
Server: Frostmourne

I would like to tranfer her to Barthilas

It might be things you can’t see, like pending mail, do put in a ticket under purchase failure to have a GM check.

make sure your not trying to transfer too much currency or any caged pets. Is it the toon your posting on? Its only a level 10 so you can only transfer a small amount of gold. I think the below gives a decent list of things that can make the tf error, but I want to say its something like 50k gold max or something you can transfer (tho maybe that limits been lifted, I havent looked at TF specifically this xpack yet)

Ive got about 700k gold and no pet items at all in bags or the bank. Oh, and it’s the wrong character lol. i want to transfer a character with the same name but level 63. I’ve opened a ticket.

Thanks! I’ve put in a ticket. no pet items in the bank or bags. No AH items and no heirlooms. No idea whats going on but hopefully, it gets sorted.

I’ve had this exact same issue! I purchased 3 character transfers off of Frostmourne, the first one went through fine but the other two are stuck on my account and doing the exact thing you’re talking about.

I’ve put two tickets in, the first time the GM said he would ‘tinker with some things’ on my account and to try later. I tried next restart and it still did the same thing, so I reopened the ticket, the next GM told me to make sure I didn’t own a guild or have any mail on my characters. Bit of a no bull sherlock. xD I’ve since given up since I rarely play Retail anymore and was moving them to an RP realm and away from the toxic ‘everyone is a CE raider’ mentality every single guild on FM is suffering right now. :stuck_out_tongue: Good luck!
