Character transfer not completing?

I put in a character transfer about roughly 17 hours ago. On the support site it says it has completed. When I logged into WoW there was no cogwheels by my character anymore.

I tried to log in and I was given the message “ You cannot og in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete”. Also the cogwheels show back up.

I have put a ticket in and its been 13 hours I am still waiting for a response. I understand a response can take a bit. I was wonder maybe if I could get an answer here or if anyone else is having or has had this issue.

It looks like there was an error with the transfer, Omooga, specifically it seems you received mail around the time you initiated the transfer which I believe through a wrench in the process.

I see you put a ticket into the Not Listed category. I’d recommend keeping that ticket open, but put in another one using the “Purchase Failure” category. Queue times are a little high right now but a Game Master will take a look as soon as they can.
