Saw a message that states “restrictions for character transfer lifted”. I tried transferring this toon to another server, and couldn’t due to an error message.
said “cannot transfer a character from a pve server to a pvp server”. not sure if a bug, but if it isn’t, i was mislead on what servers i can transfer to.

PVE -> PVP transfer not allowed.
