Character transfer gone wrong

I purchased a character transfer and it failed do to an auction mailed payment, I submitted a ticket and the payment was refunded so I can try again. except my character is still stuck in a pending transfer and I cannot re-initiate. It’s going on 10 days and I cannot get any help via web tickets or live chats. Nothing I’ve tried is getting any attention. So here I am. Help please.

What specifically has Live Chat said about it? At 10 days, it sounds like they have probably escalated it to a special team for further action. If that’s the case, then there’s nothing you can do but wait for them to resolve the issue.

I’m waiting for live chat hours, hoping they are open today. It’s to hard for me during the week because of my work hours matching live chat hours. Live chat is unavailable ATM.

So what did they say when they responded to your tickets?

Understand that there are no GMs on the forums, so the best that can happen here is that a blue would be able to look and see if your issue is still in queue to be resolved.

All they said in the web ticket is “your money has been refunded try again” Even if it doesn’t fix the issue, at least i’m having a 2 way conversation with someone. So far it’s been very frustrating as I cannot connect with anyone to talk to. I feel like I’m getting railed through the generic process and getting canned responses that don’t apply to the issue. I’m definitely not feeling appreciated as a long time customer.

But it’s a two way conversation with other players (moderated by Support Forum Agents).

Without knowing what replies you’ve already been given, it’s difficult to provide you with any extra advice other than contacting Live Chat when it opens in about 40mins for most.

Well chatting with other players is half of what WOW is about.

The reply from the web ticket was “Your money was refunded so you can try again” and the ticket was marked answered. When I tried again it failed because there’s still and transfer service pending. It’s been that way for almost ten days.

If you check Account Management, is there an option to cancel?

If there is, I cannot find it.

Then chatting with Billing is the next best step. Live Chat is really the quickest option, once they are open the button will light up.
