Character Transfer Error

The story goes, 5 days ago I purchased a character transfer from Stormrage to Borean Tundra. I waited the usual 24 hours for everything to process but when I came back to check I have received an error. (Error. Please address these issues: Please clear the mail from this character’s mailbox) But when i try to log on to clear the mail I get a pop up saying "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete " I currently have 2 tickets open about this situation and have yet to get get any real help. I just want to play.

One ticket is sufficient. I’d recommend closing the second so that it doesn’t interfere with the first.

Tickets are in the 3-4 day range currently.

My first ticket is about to be at 5 days, I got a copy and paste response that didn’t help me. "Greetings,

Some character transfer services were delayed, causing some transfers to return errors. This has now been resolved and transfers are processing as normal once again, but it may take a while for the system to catch up. If you are still in need of assistance, please respond, and a Game Master will assist you as soon as possible. Please note that due to the increase in contacts mentioned above, a longer wait time than normal is to be expected."

So I responded and still have yet to come into contact with anyone.

I see what you mean now :wink: You’re still on one ticket, just with more than one reply to it. That’s totally okay! Just give it time and I’m positive that they’ll reply to you.

I’m having a lot of issues too but I will just assume there are a bunch of people doing transfers right now so they’re very busy.

The thing that is upsetting me the most is that the free transfers that i used in the past couple days have all gone through.

That’s natural, though. If any of the ones that were successful had mail sent to them while the transfer was in-progress, they’d end up in the same boat.
