I tried to move a character from Deathwing to Tichondrius, and there’s an error saying that I need clear my mailbox, but I can’t login to said character to clear his mailbox.
You’ll need to put in a ticket so that a GM can lend a hand. They’ll likely need to cancel the service and then you can clear out the mail.
