Hello. Just trying to hit all points of contact. I purchased the transfer last night and it’s still not gone through. I’m guessing it’s because I mailed something to him during the transfer. It asks me to get in the character and clear the mail but I can’t do that because of the transfer in progress.
You’ll need to submit a ticket to have the transfer cancelled so you can retrieve the mail.

Indeed. Be sure to use the “purchase failure” category. A Game Master will likely need to cancel the transaction so that the mail can be removed.
