I transferred my character Anpo and it seems there’s a cooldown to transfer it again, I might have overlooked it but I don’t remember it being mentioned in the in-game shop.
Is there a way to know precisely when this cooldown will end for this specific character?

On the shop, it should show a link, where it states certain restrictions apply.

Only by writing down the exact time the transfer was completed, I’m afraid. It’s 72 hours right down to the exact second.
Otherwise an SFA might have a moment to chime in if they have a chance.
