I have created tickets that have been unresolved for more than a day or two. Just trying to get help with this issue.
If created a ticket, then you’re going to have to wait on for the GM’s to check your ticket. The forums won’t get your ticket responded any faster.
I see two tickets currently open.
The other contacts, looks like you’ve been trying to use the stuck character service.
This is not what that is for, nor will it help.
These are both currently sitting in the Tech queue. Problem with payments/purchases would be a better category. I’ll ask one of them be moved over there for you.

Yes, looks like you got an AH mail after this started, that will throw a spanner in the works every time.
Usually we have to undo this, you get the mail, then do it again. Hopefully you’ll hear back soon.
