My ticket has been bounced around, combined and still not fixed. The only way to contact support is through a ticket and at this point i have been unable to play my character since tuesday night on raid release week. I Just want help getting this resolved since it now has cost me time playing a game that i pay for.
What option are u using problem with purchase or purchase failure would be the apropriate ticket options i have a feeling unsed a generic or technical ticket.

From the last blue post, this seemed more complex than standard. Not sure though. Could take escalation maybe?

From what I can see your ticket has been escalated to look into that. They’ll likely need to cancel the transfer and restore the token so you can clear the mail and redo it.
its already been 3 days and 2 days with ticket open… how long does this take Ive missed multiple raids etc.
With escalation there is no anticipated time frame, I’m afraid.
One more recent situation that required escation, I believe it was sometime halfway through last year, took nearly two months if I recall.
But it could also take as little as a couple weeks, there’s just no real way of knowing for sure.

I’m in this exact same scenario where my transfer has been pending for almost 2 days now and that character shows unread mail from the AH.
Did u open a purchase failure ticket that the only way to get it resolved.
Yeah, I opened a purchase failure one 2 days ago now, got a response after one day saying:
"If you can log in to the character, please resolve the issue that is preventing the transfer, for example, cancel your auctions and clear your mailbox. Once you have done this, try to transfer again. "
Obviously I can’t do this since the transfer is in progress, so it’s now been another day since I responded hopping for a follow up response.
You guys had any luck with getting it resolved???
I have the exact same problem with an auction house mail that arrived during the transfer…
