Character Transfer - Can't Choose ANY Realm

I paid for a character transfer. I have the character transfer token in the log in screen. After selecting character, it asks for destination realm. However I can’t select any realm at all. Everytime I try to open a ticket in game, or contact customer support I am looped through the troubleshooting tips and facts page.

Character Transfers are not permitted on Season of Discovery.

The restriction is listed on the Blizzard Shop page for the Transfers:


Characters cannot be transferred between WoW® Classic and World of Warcraft®: Wrath of the Lich King Classic™ or World of Warcraft®. Not usable on WoW® Classic Hardcore or Season of Discovery Realms. Certain restrictions apply. Visit our Support article for more details and information on free character transfers.
