If I have two WoW accounts attached to the same Battle.net account and I buy one of the server Character Transfer bundles(3 transfers or 8 transfers) can I use some of those transfers on the first WoW account and some of them on the second WoW account? Or are they locked in for characters from the WoW account I’m logged in to when I purchase them? Dragonflight/Retail if it makes a difference.
The Wow Character Transfer Tokens are bound to the Battlenet account in the region they were purchased. So they would be usable on any WoW license on the account for that region.

Awesome, thanks for the quick answer. That means I can save a couple bucks by getting the bundle, so that’s the answer I was hoping for.
