Removed all Looms removed all warbound items and still cant do Character Transfer 
During Character Transfer process under transfer destination there is nolonger option to enter destination account name just wow1 wow2 and so on.
You sure the purchase went thru it can take up 2 24hrs to fully process I know there was some issues earlier but that shouldve cleared up by now.

That would be working as intended. You can no longer move characters from one battle.net account to another, so the only option is to transfer between WoW accounts under the same battle.net email.
Is that what you were trying to do? Move a character to a totally different battle.net account (different email with different WoW accounts)?

wow really dangit thank you… Been out of the game for a while and wanted to tranfer toon to main account
Just for the sake of information: They removed the ability to do such when they released the warband system.
