My Paladin alt got stuck and each time I log back in I immediately get disconnected. I was going to send some engineering mats from that toon to one of my engineers but I can’t. Is there a way to get toon back on ground and not stuck in eternal freefall after clipping through the ground when I was taking the taxi back to Dornagal?
Did you try the character stuck service?
If the self service is not working for you, then you’ll need to submit a ticket, just be sure to mention that the self service is not working and the name of the character in question.

I tried it before but no luck. I’m not sure what time they’re usually active but I’ll give it a shot again later today. I guess that’s part of the nature when overseas.

To clarify, tickets are worked 24/7 most days of the year. The self help options are definitely 24/7 since they are automated.
But yeah, pop in a ticket sooner rather than later. Issues that make characters unplayable are usually a higher priority and get answered quicker than general inquiry ones. It likely won’t take long for you to get a response.
