my char has been stuck for over 5 hours i made 4 tickets all say resolved and nothing happens still stuck
If the Stuck Character service didn’t work, and staying logged out of your character for 15-30 minutes didn’t work either, you’ll need to submit a ticket so a GM can take a look.
The 4 tickets you’ve submitted are all for the automated stuck character service, but your issue requires manual intervention.

The first step in a stuck, especially without any specifics, is to move the character. That is the same thing that the Self-Help option will do.
If that doesn’t work, reopen your ticket with what details you can provide, so our staff can take a closer look.
