I somehow managed to fly into a cliff in the Waking Shores and every time I log in to that toon I get disconnected and cant even hearth(please help!!)
TRy this worse case scenario u can open a ticket at the botom.

Start with the self service option in the list Darth provided. If that doesn’t work, open a ticket and a GM will take care of you.

If the self-service tool does not do the trick, just to save you some headache? Here is the link to submit a ticket. Just be sure to let them know you did try the self-service first.

This happens to me about once a week, Most of the time I fix it by logging into an alt and running around for a few minutes, then logging back into the stuck toon. Most of the time I will be dismounted and just standing there.
I managed to log back in after a few minutes of waiting and she was out of the rock formation, Not gonna lie I had visions of my favorite toon entombed forever as a part of the scenery of the waking shores lol
