Character Stuck, unable to use Stuck Character service

This is pathetic. I have a toon that has been stuck for the last 2 days falling through the world and the Unstuck Service is unavailable. The unstuck page doesn’t even give the option to freaking open a ticket since the service is down that’s absolutely atrocious customer service on Blizzards part.

I just found this via another post on here, so I put a ticket in…but it says response time is 24+hours.

That’s still ridiculous.

Sometimes, the only option you have is the one with a wait. Sorry, but there is nothing more that can be done here.

Stuck tickets have a higher priority it should be answeered sooner.

As I just said in another thread, the last time I used that link, it took less than an hour. That type of ticket is prioritized.

Granted in my frustration I only stated I had a character stuck…but I’ve added details since then.

Issue ID: #100777515 stuck falling through the map as well. Website unstuck and in game does not work. Frustrating.

If you are getting disconnected right away then I can’t help you but if not q for a follower dungeon and then once inside use your hearthstone

Just wanted to say I’m having the exact same issue. The link provided here is very useful. Was pulling my hair out trying to create a ticket through the normal means on the support website or in-game. Terrible that google + random user comment is more helpful than official channels.

Well ticket system is sort of a last resort, but it should be more easily reachable too. I tried from the site but somehow the link had changed?
Anyways, the self service to ‘move’ your own character on stuck situations should be returned back to the in-game menu IMO, in a way as it was as of old (we had in-game ‘HELP’ options, dunno if it’s hidden now or completely removed).

An in-game option for this kind of situation, with all its limitations still in, would be better even for them too, as people wouldn’t be overusing it, only when needed, like on these ones.

Just used it and less than 30 minutes my character that was stuck since Friday-Saturday (today is Monday already) was moved by a GM.
Gonna answer the ticket with that suggestion above (I’d advise you to do the same, in the texxt box of the answer).

I’d recommend that you, instead, use the in-game suggestion feature or post in the General forums as the GMs are not really liaisons to the developers.

I think that the reason the option is here on the website is because in most cases, people can’t even get into their character to start a ticket or use the self-help option to move their character.

The direct ticket option isn’t listed initially as it would be abused for every other type of ticket since they are prioritized. That’s why you don’t usually see it unless the self-help option is still on cool-down. That’s where it actually shows up aside from people linking it here at least :wink:

When I used it, 3-ish weeks ago, the website was doing a really bad job of directing me to this link. Because I hang out here a lot, I knew it should be an option after the self service failed, but I could not make the website take me there. I had to come here to get the direct link. So I’m sympathetic to folks who come here frustrated.

Probably should have filed a bug report, but was doing other stuff and now don’t know if I can reproduce it without an actually stuck character.
