I’m apparently falling through the map when I login immediately. No time to hearth as I get disconnected ASAP.
I tried using the stuck service on 2 different web browsers (and the in-game one as well) but the web page is stuck loading itself on both. So I can’t use the stuck service because the stuck service itself is stuck… 
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then you can submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

It won’t because apparently I fell through the map. It’s not an “I’m dead and can’t release” type bug.
I did a quick google and found a blue a week ago said they’re having issues https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/character-stuck-service-unresponsive/543087/72
Please note, if expecting issues on EU, doesn’t mean those issues would be the same here on NA.

And mention that the character service is down, and the name of the character in question.
Were you able to submit a ticket via the link in my previous post?
Giving it the 30 minute treatment even though I suspect that might not work. I’m giving it a wait in case the server has bad data cached or it timed itself out on doing so.
That said, firefox, google chrome, and the in game one all were stuck infinite loading on the stuck service page.
Anyone else able to check if the stuck service is loading for them?
