I have been stuck in a loop for character support, and when I try to submit a ticket I am stuck at the SUBMIT part - I get a capcha (1 of 2), do the 1st capcha, 2nd never shows up, just spinning spinning spinning. It’s been spinning over 24 hours now. I’ve tried this on 2 different browsers. Here is my issue, and please note the Character Stuck service does NOT fix the problem:
Character fell through the world then died under the world. Cannot revive (get booted out of the game within a second or two after logging in). Character Stuck service does not fix it (I’ve tried this route multiple times), nor do any of the other suggestions. Character has been stuck for WEEKS. I’m hoping someone can manually move her to a graveyard if possible.
I thank you so much, in advance, for any help I can get with this issue. I was in a group with my brother outside of Dire Maul and his character also fell through the world and died and he is stuck also.
I’ve tried Chrome and Bing. I only have Chrome on my phone, was trying to find a verizon internet service on my phone but wasn’t having luck finding it. I’m only here because the ticket system is not working at this time, as I said - it just spins and spins.
Echoing Zenjy - please rename your post. That’s borderline trolling, since the CS Lounge thread is one where only one is up at a time for social purposes that have nothing to do with people having issues.
Adblocker or alterative? You’ll need to disable it as the system uses cookies and pop ups. spinning active icon… could mean the server or system is over loaded with reports… and could be attempting to display a pop up message indicating this… but if you have a blocker active you would not see this pop up.
Already disabled adblocker on chrome, and I have no such thing on Bing. Neither work. Good suggestion though for others that might be having the same issue!
That is strange. Usually if the page is trying to load available characters and there is an issue it will be stuck loading, but that link should just open a ticket. >.<
Check Pixitrix and see if you can log into her when you get a moment.
YES!!! I’m in Durotar!! Thank you so very much! I can’t tell you what a literal stress headache I’ve had today and yesterday lol. Normally a character that level I’d just delete and start over but she has 1700g on her, and for me that’s a lot of gold to just delete.
You’re such a blessing, can’t thank you enough! Now I just need to get my brother to go through the same process lol.
My character Taredon-Zul’jin has been fall from the sky all day. I have unstuck him twice and has not been move. Please someone move my toon. It is my main for M+ and I really don’t want to start over.
