Character stuck, self service unstuck didn't work

I tried to use the character unstuck service and got this message: “We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists.”

This was after I logged out of the character in Eye of Azshara, since then I get disconnected when I try to log in to them.

There should be a option to open a ticket and have a GM manualy move ur toon.

You need to be submitting a ticket if the Character Stuck service does not work for you.
