Character stuck option not working. Cant log into game, keep getting disconnected.

Have you tried using the in-game stuck character service on a different character to dislodge the one you’re concerned about?
Just Tried it. It’s doing the same exact thing that the website is doing. Just auto creates an Auto Unstuck ticket after you press continue without even letting you select a character that you want unstuck.
Been a hot minute by now. Probably gonna have to wait until tomorrow.
I’m also having issues logging into one of my classic toons in water. Do we have an ETA on when the Character stuck option will be available?
Vrak and the crew here are pretty good about updating when they have new information. They’ve passed it up to the proper people that there’s some sort of an issue. Unfortunately, that’s all we have at current until word comes down the pipeline.

Also have been experiencing this issue for the past 6 hours. Sucks.
Druid ursol’s vortex’ed me underground in Maldraxxus at 9:00 EST, have been spamming character stuck since, nothing.
Any ETA on this fix yet? Character has been stuck since last night.
If there were, they would post it.

You can also put in a ticket to get a GM to take a look and move your character. Here’s the link for it:

the in game stuck isnt working either. Just paid to resub and a 60 dollar boost to not play…love it.
