Character stuck on Argus after patch (Needs to be Moved to Orgrimmar)

Could I please get my mage Kaylex-Aman’Thul moved to Orgrimmar so I’m able to log in again?

  • I have used the Unstuck Character Service and it didn’t work since I was outside the raid instance rather than inside.

Have already done this and it takes me to the closest graveyard. All of Argus is broken.

please also look at my characters i have 5 stuck in argus after this patch. at least help move my mains so i can raid.

Mine has been fixed - Though I do recommend putting a ticket in at https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1369/ticket if anyone hasn’t done so already

Shes not a gm tho she has alot of the tools answering tickets is what she does she can help make sure the right information is on the ticket and in the right que.

Customer service, if youre able to help, there’s a whole forum post full of people who are stuck here in this way (see link below), including myself on this character. Im hoping to make raid in an hour and a half. I have put in a ticket already

You will have to wait on the ticket character stuck ticket have a higher priority.

Just wanted to say thanks for the link and help in this situation. Just used it to submit a ticket for three of my characters stuck. Hopefully something can and will be done to help remedy this issue in 24 hours.

Similar situation with Elandara-WyrmrestAccord, stuck with a game-client-crash-at-login problem in Vindicaar. Stuck character service didn’t help, unfortunately (still in a zone that crashes at login). Requested a port to Orgrimmar (ticket US103768500), though sadly with a 24h wait time expected.

The Argus situation is being looked into.

I’d suggest trying character move service - ONCE.

Putting in multiples won’t help. Give it a little time, and if it doesn’t work after one self-help request, put in a ticket being specific as to character name.

I’ve also put in notice that self-help may be struggling. I suspect this has simply caused a backup, but they are aware of that as well.

after the patch all characters in argus cause fatal errors and can no longer be logged into. please help move them to orgimar.
