Character stuck logged in

I have a character the i was disconnected from due to internet. When i try to log in it says World Server is down on this character. I am able to log in on all other characters. I can see that my toon is still logged into through the guild page in game. So i can not do move stuck character.

I have submitted several tickets and they just say they were resolved with no actual response from blizzard. I was dced while in court of stars

Did you submit a ticket or use the self-help unstuck service? I see several of those, but I don’t see any recent tickets on this account.

I just resubmitted the ticket through the link you provided. The other “tickets” it turns out was just the failed character stuck moves. Thank you.

Mine says the samething world server down callgirl is her name.

This problem has been going on since the new patch and hasn’t even been addressed. Blizzard had another small patch yesterday and still didn’t address the problem. I don’t even see anything saying that they know there’s a problem

How do i get a hold of a game master?

I just want to double check since I’ve seen you post this several times over the past couple days. Have you opened a ticket via the link provided in the threads you’ve visited?

it apparently opens a ticket when you try to do the unstuck option but as u can see its not working

Yes and no. The automated service categorizes it as a ticket, but it isn’t seen or monitored actively by a game master.

Vrak provided a direct link to submit a ticket if you want to scroll up to the closest blue post from here.

Sorry for the confusion there. The system provides an automated message, which is a bit misleading since Game Master’s have nothing to do with the self-help feature.

Yes, the self-help option processes the request through the ticket system. It just isn’t part of the tickets that Game Masters see.

It normally is a fairly short queue, a bit longer than normal with the number of requests we’re seeing. You should hear back in the next hour or so, our staff are trying to keep a look out for stuck requests with all that is going on.

My concern was its showing resolved. But i`m still stuck so ill try and send another.

Blue or Support Forum Agent (SFA) works, just so there isn’t any confusion.

The ticket is showing resolved is from the self-help option. It means that it’s gone through it’s process and has completed.

You already have a ticket in for a Game Master to review. That should be US89860025, which should not be showing as resolved.
