I got stuck in terrain in EPL and there is no option in TBC to get unstuck. There are instructions to follow, but they only give me the option to do it in retail??
The different options should be listed under the ticket options. Specifically here.

I just had the same issue and my character isn’t even on the “list” of my characters I have to search through to get unstuck (which is showing my retail characters while I’m on classic tbc; none of the tbc characters even show up on the in-game menu).
When you choose the following options in the TBCC support menu in game, are you not able to see your TBCC characters at all?
CONTACT SUPPORT – IN GAME ISSUES – CHARACTER PROBLEM – STUCK CHARACTER SERVICE - WOW CLASSIC – THEN CLICK CONTINUE
It will then populate a list of TBCC or CLASSIC characters.

This is ridiculously overcomplicated for, what used to be, a very simple system (1-2 click).
No, I don’t have any options to switch to “TBCC” mode (honestly, why do I even need to do this? Are we in 1997 that the interface can’t match up the version I’m currently playing, let alone the character?).
I followed your 5-step instructions to no avail. At this point, it doesn’t matter. My hearth is about to be up.

Odd that it still didn’t show you the Classic characters.
The Support Menu for TBCC & Retail are the same. They both have the option to show you Retail or Classic characters.
