My character (the one im posting with) is stuck in character service for realm transfer. I originally tried to transfer him a few days ago but was $5 short so I had to add Blizzard balance and that takes a day or two to show up. After I added the balance I had to cancel the service because I didnt have the funds that exact moment. After I canceled though it said he had pending service and when I tried to transfer him today it said “Character still has pending service” and I know he doesn’t. After I exited game and got back on though the thing next to his name saying that is gone so I thought it was completely canceled, guess not somehow? Any ideas on what I should do? I already made a general ticket about it but I still worry that might not fix it because i’m not sure if I made the right kind of ticket for it.
If you used the Purchase Failure path, that sounds correct. A GM should get to your ticket in roughly the estimated time and have a solution.
If you wait until Live Chat is open in the morning, they might even be able to help you initiate the service right then and there.
Thank you, and I’m not sure where the purchase failure option is. Tried looking for it and can’t find it if you think that might fix this. I sent a ticket just generally under WoW in-game issues.
Nope, I wouldn’t put it there. You’ll want to start with Payments, and then navigate to the one I mentioned.
