Character Stuck in New Scenario, web Move feature failed

Solution - if stuck in an instance and in transformation,
queue for a follower dungeon and Hearthstone from there.

Hello,

I just finished the Xal’atath scenario and can’t leave N’yalotha
(On this character)
I get error 51900319 every time I try to log in
I suspect this was due to to accepting the quest before I could click the scroll HUD to teleport out
I need my character to be teleported out

You can try the Self-service Unstuck Service which will move your character. If that doesn’t work, you’ll see a link at the bottom of the page that will allow you to submit a ticket.

Thanks, I wasn’t aware of the web version of this service.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work
I am still stuck in Ny’alotha , unable to get out of the “Chosen Champion” form…

Thanks. I’ve managed to submit a ticket specific to ‘character stuck’ with details and screenshots.
Here’s to hoping it gets resolved ASAP

turn in the Timewalking Scenario Quests before clicking the scroll to leave the instance!!!

Update: I was able to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately (and disconcertingly) there seems to be no overarching fix, nor action Support can take for now. The fact this bug exists is, indeed, very concerning.

SOLUTION: Queue for a Follower Dungeon. From there, you can use Hearthstone.
