Unstuck doesn’t work, relogging doesn’t work, release script doesn’t work, can’t get someone in the dungeon to res me because it puts them in a different lockout.
Died to the first boss beam as soon as it came out.

Stay logged out of the character for 15-30 minutes, and it should move you automatically. If that doesn’t work, and you’ve tried the self-service character stuck tool, then you can put in a ticket.

this bug is still around, was doing a +10 Rookery. Tank died when boss was pulled while doing trash around boss, later found out it was a chaos nova from a DH 68yards away from boss but it pulled some how. whole team died as boss went into beam phase, now all 5 players r stuck in the instance with no ability to release. so, ya a bug that hasnt been fixed since Season 1 ptr. bug of course bricked the key n locks 5 players out for the whole evening. we all tried relogging, unstuck feature, and even did a key on alts to wait 35mins for auto unstuck. Considering you were able to post in it and aren’t the original posting character, it seems it still hasn’t been closed.
Not to mention, posting in this forum doesn’t get anything fixed in the way you’re expecting, if that particular issue even can be fixed. It isn’t just that dungeon, and it’s been a regular occurrence far longer than last season. The joys of technology, if you will.
In the future, when the character stuck service has been utilized but didn’t succeed in moving your characters out, it will offer a direct ticket link to have a GM intervene manually. Terise has also provided it in the post right before yours.

Right so the proper avenue is posting in the bug forums instead of continuing a thread where any feedback wont be collected and doing the character unstuck option linked by terise and having a GM manualy move u.
