My character died in Blood Furnace in the Outlands, I was trying to run back to my body as a ghost and got stuck so I did stuck character service - which put me in stormwind. I cannot take a portal because I’m dead to get back to outlands and I have absolutely no way of contacting blizzard about it as the ticket system is gone. I am 100% unable to play my character anymore and have no idea what to do.
What do you mean the ticket system is gone? If for some reason you can’t access it in game, you can go to your battle net account and submit one through the support site.
The support site for in-game issues just cycles through pre-made answers. There is no option for submitting a ticket anymore. The “i still need help” option after exhausting their pre-made answers just brings you to the beginning again. Its absurd

Try going back to ticket history, and see if you can reopen your stuck ticket for more help.

Yes, I’ve tried both the support site and the contact tab, and both give me no options to submit a ticket for help. I also cannot reopen my stuck ticket.
Once I click through the contact tab, and click customer support (the only other options are “press and media” and “tours”), it just directs me to the support page.
Im really at a loss here

That link in particular is harder to find. It only shows up after you try the self-help option for a stuck character. I actually just bookmarked it so that I have it for cases like this
