Tenebro~Garona US is stuck inside Court of Stars. I can’t log into him, error is World Server is Down. All my other toons work fine. I tried the Unstuck service and the GM marked it as Resolved just now, but I am still stuck in the dungeon.
Please assist if you can, I have limited time to enjoy your game.

And that did not move your character to a different location?
If that is the method you used and it did not help, then you will need to submit a ticket instead.

Correct, I used the Service & the GM marked it Resolved, but nothing changed. Still stuck in Court of Stars (2 days now), still cannot login to THAT character only.
I submitted a Ticket (US82475564), wait time is only 24 hours. Looks like I won’t get to finish what I was working on.
If anyone can help that sees this post, PLEASE give Tenebro a bump and move him to Stormwind or something. I see many past posts that were resolved by Blues from this forum that involved a quick bump move to get a character unstuck.
To be clear, the website tool is all automated and no Game Masters are involved in the handling of requests made through it. The system takes the character you select and attempts to move it to a safe location in-game. Usually a default pre-set location.
Can you try logging in again?

My character Shammwoww is experiencing the same issue and I have tried everything!!!

They have a notice up on the launcher that they’ll be performing restarts in about five minutes for today’s issues.
