So I was working on my legion class mount quest and got to the part where I’m suppose to ride the Felbat but he flew off and I never got the chance to click him so I tried my best to glide back to the original island but now my character is stuck falling to her death but as soon as I log in it immediately disconnects my character and boots me to the character selection screen. I’ve tried logging in over and over to hope the falling finishes so she’ll just die and be auto-ressed but I’ve noticed that even the falling is in a loop and starts back at the exact same point each and every log in. At this point I can no longer play this character. Please help.
Try staying logged out at least 15 minutes, and see if it resets. You should also try running a scan and repair in that time, it’s often recommended you do a ui reset also.
Also try the Character Stuck ticket system, see if it will help

I’m falling under the map in Silithus and am getting disconnected immediately after logging in. I even did a Character Stuck Service on the Blizzard Support website and it didn’t work. I even tried logging in 10 hours later and am still stuck. This is my main character and I want to be able to play. Hopefully I’m not stuck forever.
I’m phased into the old Silithus, but I have the quest to absorb Hati’s essence still in my quest log on my character. Whenever going near the area for that quest, it phases me into new Silithus temporarily while in that area. I died during that quest and the graveyard was in the old Silithus phase. I walked back to my body and tried resurrecting, but that phased me back to the new silithus the second I revived which then caused me to start falling through the world.
I even submitted a ticket, but it’s impossible to get a real GM response and all I get are automated posts sending me support articles which do not work.
It would be best to make your own thread, not necro a two year old thread.

The character stuck link I posted 2 years ago is still active, and should be self help, is it not moving you to a safe location?

No, I did the Character Stuck service and got the confirmation from them saying I was sent to a safe graveyard and can log in again. I tried logging in again and am still falling and disconnecting. I even logged in 10 hours later and no change.
I did send a web ticket too and all I got was an automated response with a list of articles that won’t help. I just sent anothe Character Unstuck thing and will wait a bit and see if I can log in.
The link Kozzae and I sent you - it used to pop up this ticket link option if/when the self-service unstuck failed. So hopefully this will get your character moved to a better spot.
