Character Stuck, Game Collapses, Level 1

Also, I can’t delete it to remake it.

The Character is a level 1 warrior on Moon Guard named Triviality. I made the character, had it added to the guild, went to have dinner and came back, and the character wont move. When I try to move it the whole game falls. I deleted the Cache and the WTF files.

Because I logged into it during the anniversary, I guessing that the mail is stopping me from deleting it, so that I can remake it.

The game stays up as long as I do not try to move. I can even get to support, I tried unsticking the character, in self help, but it didn’t work.

Other characters on the server are unaffected by this.

Can someone either unstick or maybe see if it has mail and delete that so I can remake it.

I’ve never had this happen before. The character is in the new starter zone.

Besides the Cache and WTF folders, you need to also delete the Interface folder to complete a full UI reset. And that means all 3 folders at the same time while the game and launcher are closed.

Not seeing any mail on that character.

Thank you, I tried it again this time taking your advice.

The characters still wont move and causes the game to fall. All other characters on the server remain playable.

You’ll want to submit a ticket if you are having an issue. A Game Master will get to you as soon as they can.
