The character unstuck on the website and on my alts isn’t working. I disconnect instantly as soon as I log in. It’s been four hours. I logged off for about 2 hours hoping it would resolve itself and nothing changed.
Same problem. Can’t use the automated help either because that is stuck in a loop of loading then it times out and you can’t open a ticket either.

Failed a dragon riding course and upon teleporting back my character is stuck in a falling animation as well and I get instantly disconnected upon trying to log in. Other characters are working normally.

Having the same issue been ongoing for about 4 hours now. Log in for about a second and stuck falling through the world and get disconnected, locked out of my main. Cant use the character unstuck service because it does not load, gets stuck loading when clicking continue on the service, so frustrating

Same exact issue I’m having.
Same problem here, even tried to scan and repair, but it failed and errors out when repairing. Very frustrating

4 days later they still havent fixed anything
Give the self-service tool a try if you haven’t already.
If it fails, a manual ticket will be the next step and a GM will come save the day.

I am having the same problem, Rahloa-Illidan, I tried to use the self service portal but it wont let me in also, keeps saying having a problem on our end before even loading the options to be able to do anything,
You will want to file a ticket using that bottom link then. A GM will help move your character as soon as possible.

Hopped off a vehicle, clipped through the ground and the website automated unstuck fails. Pretty sad way to lose a weekend of playtime waiting for a GM response.
Thanks so much for this - got my friend back to wow today, gifted them a 3 month sub cos they wanted to do an evoker. Their evoker glitched through a door though and it fell through the world, keeps dcing, can’t log it in. They’ve put a ticket in now - luckily they had an old toon from years ago still available so they can at least play, just not play the one thing they came back for lol.

i am still stuck after almost 9 hours lol, website doesnt work for me at all.
Well, GM recovered the evoker and it’s a good news/bad news thing because their evoker got ported to Org, which is unfortunate because they hadn’t finished the intro quest on Forbidden Reach and now they can’t get back (hearth now goes to Org too). So, they will delete the evoker and make another and stay away from doors in future lol.
Sorry to hear it, Pixzie. I think that’s the same issue we run into when a character has an issue when they haven’t finished Exile’s Reach yet.
