My Demon hunter Zortatsu is currently stuck in Battle for Dazar’alor and is dead but the first encounter is still going on and will not reset. Used the Character stuck feature, but moved my Demon hunter to the start of raid and the encounter is still on-going. I have also left the character offline for more than 15 minutes as well. What should I do next?
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue and the automated service didn’t help, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.
