was questing and my character fell through the map and my game disconnected me, every time i try log in i get disconnected on that character. blizzards character stuck service did not work. it sent my character to a graveyard but he is still falling and it just disconnects again. tried everything the support page told me to try and the realm even had its shutdown, after the shutdown same problem.

If the character stuck service isn’t working for you - you’ll want to submit a proper ticket for GM attention.

My character is stuck too, but the stuck service isn’t working for me either. Ticket submitted but it takes hours for a response. It’s a simple stuck issue that should be fixed in 3-5 minutes.
how do i open a ticket for this issue the support page just send me in a loop back to stuck character service there no option for a web ticket for this issue
