Character stuck, crashes on login

This character (Slainidh-Nagrand) is stuck in some kind of error state, causing the game to crash whenever I log on to her.

Stay logged out for 30 min on that toon hopefully that will fix it if that doesnt work theres a unable to move option in the help menu.

You might also try a UI reset to rule out corrupt display files.

Staying logged out for 30 mins doesn’t do anything, and the game crashes immediately on logging onto that character, so I can’t use the “unable to move button”. I also tried renaming the WTF etc. folders, unfortunately this didn’t make any difference either (except the character’s location went to “offline”).

Try using this link there is an option to move your character or if that don’t work put in a ticket.

Thanks Bertlheigh. The move offline character function solved the problem.
