Character Stuck / Cant Make Ticket / Cant Use Unstick

This is the error code I get when trying to open a ticket in game or out of game. I cannot use the character unstuck feature as I literally cannot login.

My character “Mayples” BE DK is stuck in an infinite loop of d/c. Other characters that try to make tickets just get sent to the auto service which just errors.

Same issue here > Character Stuck, Unstuck system off, No awnser from tickets - #5 by Keepsmiling-area-52, some people say that its already under radar.

I think the automated service that forwards the stuff is broken. It usually goes to this link:

https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1369/ticket

I was able to manually place the ticket in with this link.

this linked help me out kept getting an error code everytime i would hit the unstuck self service. thank you

I hard crashed when I tried to go to Azmerloth and could not find a way to make a ticket- this is a lifesaver
