Hey, not sure what else to do.
This is an issue that started occurring in the past 2 days on this character.
Haven’t had it happen to my other characters either.
Attempting to load into a character that’s stuck in perma loading loop screen with no ‘disconnected from server’ or throwback to character selection screen.
Attempted the user trouble shooting options… reset/rename UI Folders, Remove the Addon Loader (CurseForge), attempted to use the self-service for character stuck via Bnet Web-portal, to no avail - constant error window without allowing to even go through the menu options, Scan and Repair option in Battle.net Launcher, Restarting the Router, unable to submit a ticket (the Bnet webpage claim’s I’m not permitted to submit a ticket… which is laughable in itself… portal is throwing the following ‘error code’: 43c374e0-7a01-4d12-8eb5-0f259ff6f875 ) and can’t even attempt to do it in-game UI support page as that is not loading itself on my other characters to even see an option.
Any assistance from a Blizzard employee would be highly appreciated as I’m just not sure what to do at this point and it’s a bit frustrating when the support services, not even the self-services themselves are not functioning via in-game or web-portal.

You will need to submit a ticket (via link below).

I guess you haven’t read the post…
“unable to submit a ticket the Bnet webpage claim’s I’m not permitted to submit a ticket…”
Already attempted this route at different times of the day today (09/02/2024) between 8AM EST and 9PM EST.
Figured I’d hop on and maybe try at night (09/03/2024 2AM) when the servers are less loaded in NA East, but no avail. Same ‘can’t submit ticket.’
Sounds like there are two issues here:
Stuck Character
(this includes non-loading characters):
The self-service feature, if it fails, is supposed to direct you to a manual ticketing option.
Manual Unstuck Ticketing Option
https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1369/ticket
(Just make sure you mention the word “stuck” somewhere)
Non-loading UI/Support Content
If this has been occuring for a few days, ensure your default system browser (e.g. Edge, or Safari) are up to date. WoW relies on the browser to deliver the support content.
I’d also ensure your virus scanner is up to date.
As a last resort, I’d temporarily disable your firewall to see if that helps.
A bit of a long shot, but you can try flushing your DNS cache.
People with network-level firewalling probably know what they’re doing, but restarting your modem and/or router could be in the cards.

Alternately, you can try bumping the thread in about 10-12 hours.
Vrakthris and Orlyia aren’t GMs and as a rule this forum isn’t meant to sidestep the ticketing process, but because you can’t seem to file a ticket, if they have time, they may be able to move your character for you.
Make sure your realm and character name are listed somewhere.

My apologies for missing that part. I am also now seeing that error as well.
It is possible the system is overloaded at the moment as there has been an influx in stuck characters the last couple of days.
Hopefully Blizzard will be able to give more information soon.

Interesting. Thanks for the corroboration.

Self-service feature is not working in-game - the shop works fine, can access the suggestions that don’t require access to self-service in-game feature - but can’t get the self-service window to work correctly.
Regarding Firewall - it hasn’t been an issue up until now. There hasn’t been any Windows Updates that I’ve had roll through on this device in the same time frame that the issue started (2 days - 3 days if it’s already Tuesday for you guys - ago…).
In-game shop works fine so its unlikely to be a Firewall issue or issue connecting to the Blizz Servers.
I have restarted the router already. I do not have a Anti-virus installed on the gaming PC - just Windows Defender.
I’ve attempted to even open the Bnet page with MS Edge, which is an unaltered / default browser config on it. Not sure what else to do.

Hmm. I was able to follow the ticket link without issue.
Can you try accessing the link from a totally different network? E.g. turn off the wifi on your phone, and use that?
Maybe log out then back into the site?
Sorry if I came across as hostile, not intended.
Just frustrated.
Have a screencap of the Submit Ticket function too - but sadly can’t post links or files on forum posts.

I have tested with Retail and Classic characters, as well as testing on my phone via phone service – the same error appears each time.

Not a problem. I can understand the frustration. I have posted my screenshot now.

Strange. I get the appropriate fields and a submit button (though as I have no need for the system, have not tested submission).

Able to get access to the webportal to submit the ticket webpage - but it won’t process the submit ticket request.
Same issue whether my personal phone’s WiFi connected or via Phones 5G network provider.
I get all the necessary fields and the submit button lights up and I click it. The button spins for a bit then throws up that error.
I did find it odd that the Retail realms all have NULL after their name. Not sure if that is related or not.

I wonder whether there’s a routing issue somewhere affecting multiple people.
Sorry, I’m out of ideas, aside from giving the thread a bump when the staff are back in.
Do note the affected character’s name and realm somewhere!

Noticed that too - but didn’t think anything of it.
Maybe it’s related to the recent AH fix where they threw additional hardware at it, which is what, 2-3 days ago?

Oooh, I see.
OK if the submission window shows up but can’t actually submit – that narrows down the problem area and clarifies my misunderstanding.

Char that’s stuck, is in the title of the post.
Basically this past weekend, yes.
I will say the AH is highly performant now – much better than in DF.
