I was loading into torghast and the loading screen was stuck for several minutes. Closed the game and relaunched. The loading screen completed to load me into the Maw, but right on top of the torghast portal which then pulls up another loading screen which is broken. Occasionally the screen will flash with the game screen, but then go back to the loading screen immediately.

I am also having this problem.
unfortunatly this is a bug induced by maintence. gonna have to wait for blizz to fix it.

This exact issue has happened to my toon. I walk into Torghast, stuck on loading screen, restart the game, load into Maw ontop of Torghast portal. Repeat.

Im having the same issue. Will we need to wait until another maintenance?
this is bad I am stuck too … dam blizzard … u should refund us … u spoiled my weekend
